PieSlot (pieslot.com) provides web-based holiday pie pre-order pages, capped 2-hour pickup time windows, per-flavor daily oven limits, PIE-XXXX counter pickup codes, automatic Kitchen Production Bake Sheets, printable pickup check-in rosters, and CSV exports for independent bakeries, pastry shops, and cottage bakers.

All plans are billed once in US Dollars (USD) via Stripe (buy.stripe.com) for the Holiday 2026 season — with no recurring subscription auto-renewals and 0% commission on your pie orders:

• 14-Day Full Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee: You may request a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason at any time before your bakery collects live customer holiday orders on your PieSlot page.
• Delivery Guarantee on White-Glove Setups: If we do not deliver your White-Glove Done-For-You storefront within 24 hours of receiving your menu details, you are entitled to an immediate 100% refund upon request.
• No Recurring Charges to Cancel: Because every PieSlot pass is a single one-time payment for the Holiday 2026 season, you will never be billed a surprise monthly renewal fee.

4. Relationship Between Bakeries and Pie Buyers

Software Provider Only (0% Commission): PieSlot provides online pickup-slot reservation and kitchen production bake-sheet software for bakeries at 0% commission. PieSlot is not a bakery, food manufacturer, marketplace broker, delivery service, or merchant of record for food sales.

Independent Bakery Fulfillment: Each participating bakery independently prepares, bakes, prices, packages, labels (including allergen, ingredient, and applicable state cottage-food disclosures), and fulfills its own baked goods, and collects payment directly from its customers (either at the pickup counter or via the bakery's own Square, Stripe, Venmo, or POS checkout link).

Customer Pie Order Changes & Refunds: Pie buyers who need to adjust a pickup window, ask an allergen question, or request a refund or credit on a pie reservation must contact the fulfilling bakery directly using the contact details listed on that bakery's storefront.

5. Acceptable Use, Service Reliability & Contact

Bakeries agree to provide truthful business and contact information, safeguard their Bakery Owner Access Key, and use PieSlot solely for genuine bakery pre-order scheduling. Pages created to impersonate another business, mislead consumers, or abuse platform resources may be unpublished immediately.

We engineer PieSlot for fast edge uptime during peak holiday baking weeks and recommend downloading a 1-click CSV backup or printing your counter check-in roster once your holiday order cutoff closes. PieSlot is provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law, PieSlot's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the total one-time seasonal pass fee paid by the bakery to PieSlot.
